Tenza Flour Mills Ltd, located in Namanve Industrial Area, is a  wheat flour milling company committed to delivering premium-quality wheat flour to local and regional markets. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wheat Flour Miller to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

Tenza Flour Mills Ltd is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our wheat flour products. If you have experience in field sales, are skilled in customer persuasion, and can effectively follow up with clients, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new customers and market opportunities
• Convince potential buyers to purchase our wheat flour
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage long-term partnerships
• Meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in field sales (preferably in FMCG, food products, or related industries)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
• Self-motivated and target-driven
