About US:
The Allied Health
Professionals’ Council was established by an Act of Parliament in 1996, cap
268. The Council has a mandate to regulate, supervise and control the training,
practice and for other connected matters of Allied Health professional in
Uganda.
Job Summary:    The
Records Assistant will receive, file, retrieve
and issue documents
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Receive and record application forms
  • Record and dispatch processed licenses and certificates
  • Fill stock records for easy tracking, retrieval and issuance
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports as may be required
  • Perform other duties incidental to the above assigned from time to
    time by the supervisor

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant must hold an O’ Level Certificate with at least a pass
    in English and Mathematics,
  • Possession of a certificate in Records management or equivalent
    qualifications from a recognized awarding institution
  • One year of experience in a reputable organization.
  • Possession of a certificate in Computer Applications with hands on
    experience,
