Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Account Executive to join our team, focusing on the hospitality sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the hospitality sector.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
Sales and Business Development
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the hospitality industry.
- Develop customized sales proposals and present them to prospective clients.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Research and Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences in the hospitality sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing brand visibility.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Analyze sales data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Coordination and Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and provide insights for improving sales strategies.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality sector and its unique sales dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
