Job Summary:   We are currently looking for Sales Representatives to join Jubilee Allianz General Insurance Company in Kampala, Uganda. If you possess strong interpersonal skills, whether as a professional or a fresh graduate, and have a high level of motivation, communication, and interpersonal abilities, we encourage you to apply and become a part of our successful sales team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with potential clients.
• Promote and sell company insurance products and services.
• Address client inquiries and concerns related to insurance.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive progress reports to management.
• Monitor insurance claims to ensure client satisfaction and company success.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to compete in the insurance market.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about sales and driven to achieve results.
• Diploma/degree in any field of study.
• Reside in Kampala or nearby areas.
