Job Title:  Accounts Assistant (Fresher Jobs)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:   The Accounts Assistant will support the financial operations of the organization, focusing on the following areas:

Financial Reporting and Analysis

• Assist in preparing financial reports to guide decision-making.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and insights.

General Accounting

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
• Assist in reconciling accounts and processing transactions.

Compliance and Taxation

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist with tax filings and other statutory obligations.

Cost Management

• Monitor and control operational costs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities within the organization.

Technology Integration

• Support the integration of accounting systems with technology solutions.
• Utilize accounting software to improve efficiency.

Process Improvement

• Recommend and implement improvements to accounting and financial processes.
• Assist in streamlining workflows for better operational efficiency.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

• 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a technology-focused or startup environment.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and technology tools.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Good understanding of financial principles and compliance standards.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
