Job Summary: Hariss International Limited, a proud producer of over 80 quality brands including Riham Foods, Rock Boom, Sky View, Krystal Water, and Oner Fruit Juice, is seeking a forward-thinking and innovative Brand Manager. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this pivotal role involves crafting and executing marketing strategies that deeply connect with our consumers. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Design and execute marketing calendars featuring ATL campaigns, BTL programs, and innovation pipelines to enhance brand growth and visibility.
- End-to-End Campaign Execution: Lead the execution of marketing plans, from creative ideation and agency coordination to post-launch performance analysis.
- Annual Brand Calendar Management: Oversee the development of the annual marketing calendar, ensuring effective allocation of budgets (DME) and alignment with business goals.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams to manage marketing projects, including packaging design, product innovation, and OBPPC (Occasion, Brand, Price, Pack, Channel) solutions.
- Agency Collaboration: Partner with creative, research, and experiential agencies to deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns tailored to consumer needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, aligning efforts to support marketing programs and brand innovations.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze key business metrics (market share, brand health, commercial performance) to uncover opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while delivering actionable insights and performance metrics through comprehensive post-launch reviews.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (minimum).
- 3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role within the FMCG industry.
- Proven success in executing impactful marketing campaigns and managing brand portfolios.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
- A creative, proactive mindset with a passion for growing and nurturing brands.
- Ability to build relationships and foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Strong analytical, problem solving, attention to detail and process improvement skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, to handle crisis situations, and balance several tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required, as well as effectively communicate with a cross-cultural workforce and client base.
- A team player able to work effectively across different departments, functions, and environments
- Must possess strong work ethics and excellent client service skills to ensure effective responsive client interaction (internal and external).
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, Access, & PowerPoint.
