ETG Digital Platforms (Kyosk) is building the future of the retail of everyday essentials and access to financial services in Africa, starting from Kenya.
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Trade Marketing Developer (TMD) to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving market development within the Kajansi and Sseguku areas. If you’re passionate about sales, retail processes, and account development, we want to hear from you!
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute day-to-day tasks related to market development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts.
- Drive the implementation of trade marketing initiatives to enhance visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve set goals.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in account development or a similar role.
- Knowledge of FMCG industry trends.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in sales or related fields is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with sales applications, and retail processes.
