Job Summary: RAMEX PETROLEUM (U) LIMITED is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead our bulk sales operations. This role involves managing the buying and selling of Automotive Gas Oil (AGO), Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), and BIK, as well as overseeing the entire BIK section.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the bulk procurement and sales of AGO, PMS, and BIK.
- Oversee the BIK section, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to drive sales growth.
- Analyze market conditions and align sales strategies to optimize revenue.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Provide leadership to the sales team and report directly to senior management.
- Deliver accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Petroleum Studies, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the petroleum industry, specifically in sales and bulk fuel operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale procurement and sales processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of petroleum market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
