Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, committed, and highly talented individual for the role of Senior Associate – Human Capital Services for our Uganda office.
The successful candidate will take a lead role in shaping and delivering innovative Human Capital (HC) solutions, ensuring excellence in execution and client satisfaction. They will also drive business development efforts by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and contributing to strategic initiatives that position the Human Capital Services Department as a trusted partner to our clients.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide expert Human Capital (HC) advisory to clients, offering insights on best practices on a wide range of HC solutions.
- Manage the planning of the full life cycle of HC engagements, from initial scoping to final delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Execute HC engagements, ensuring alignment with client expectations and high-quality standards.
- Provide clients with actionable insights and performance metrics to demonstrate the value of HC engagements.
- Establish and nurture strong value-add working relationships with engagement teams, clients, and other business units.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential growth areas for HC solutions.
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of business plans.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- A Master’s Degree or Professional Certification in HR.
- 3–5 years’ experience in HC Consulting.
- Experience working in a professional services consulting firm will be an added advantage.
- In-depth understanding of various HC functional areas and a track record of successfully delivering HC solutions to diverse clients.
