Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, committed, and highly talented individual for the role of Associate – Human Capital Services for our Uganda office.
Overall Role: The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality advisory services, engaging in business development activities, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse client engagements, contribute to business growth, and develop expertise in the dynamic field of human capital consulting.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in business development activities, including the preparation of proposals, bids, quotations, and pitching for jobs.
- Participate in a broad range of HC assignments such as organization review and design, salary surveys, job evaluation, workload analysis, executive search and selection, HR audits, and due diligence.
- Participate in engagement performance through attending kick-offs, debriefs, and execution.
- Conduct research to gain a sound understanding of basic HC emerging trends, develop foundational knowledge, and stay updated with industry developments.
- Provide insights to guide business development strategies.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- 1+ years’ experience in HC Consulting.
- Good writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrates creativity and innovation in the way they work.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential for success in this role.
