The Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) is a body corporate established under Cap.137 Laws of Uganda. Its Vision is “A Recognized Centre of Globally Competitive Educational Assessment and Certification” and its mission is “Conduct Valid, Reliable, Equitable and Quality Assessment of Learners’ Achievement in a Professional and Innovative Manner and Award Internationally Recognized Certificates.”
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop test instruments for Chinese language assessments.
- Ensure that the tests reflect the curriculum and international standards.
- Translate examination materials where necessary.
- Evaluate test performance and recommend adjustments.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language or related field.
- Fluency in Chinese and English.
- Knowledge of test development and language assessment.
