Aspire Launchpad Facilitator (Gulu or Nimule) Jobs – SINAPIS
Job Title: Aspire Launchpad Facilitator (Gulu or Nimule)

Remuneration: USD 40 per 4-hour session (must commit to 9 sessions)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the Aspire Launchpad content to train the program participants; 1 to 2 classes per week in Gulu, Uganda or Nimule, South Sudan
- Support the program participants as they develop their business concepts and ideas. This will be done through in-class discussions, technical advice and post-class Q&A
- Participate in the support of the program participants as they prepare for their final class pitch day
- Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- You are cheerful and personable
- You are a follower of Christ who maintains a healthy relationship with Jesus
- You are a people person and have excellent communication skills with people of all types
- You have a desire to serve young and aspiring entrepreneurs
- You are humble and have a teachable spirit
Required Qualifications:
- Have over 2 years experience in teaching/training, preferably adult training
- Are committed Christians, passionate about Sinapis’ mission to integrate biblical principles in business training
- Are personable and sociable, and can easily engage the entrepreneurs for a 4-hour class
- Have a passion for training and are enthusiastic about business
- Have a strong understanding of basic business principles
- Have an entrepreneurial drive and, ideally, experience as an entrepreneur
- Are available to conduct a training for 9 consecutive Saturdays or weekday evenings
The potential facilitators who will be considered for the position will undergo a rigorous 3-day certification process that will require the facilitator to dedicate the following amount of time to training before becoming a certified facilitator. Note that not all potential facilitators will be selected to facilitate, as it depends upon performance during the certification event.
