Job Summary:  To teach in selected courses within The Aga Khan University-Uganda , School of Nursing and Midwifery’s accredited nursing, midwifery and continuing professional development programmes; participate in research activities; and ensure professional /academic productivity within the School of Nursing & Midwifery (SONAM).

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Applicants should have:

• PhD is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s and master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited and recognized university.
• A valid practice licence and Registration certificate with the Uganda Nurses & Midwives council.
• Four years teaching experience in higher education.
• Publications in peer reviewed Journals will be an added advantage.
• Clinically active.
• Excellent communication skills, counseling skills, organization skills, as well as excellent coordination skills
