Key Duties and Responsibilities:   As a Graduate Trainee, you’ll be on the front lines, directly interacting with customers and prospects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with Customers: You’ll contact potential or existing customers, informing them about our products or services through well-structured scripts. Your role is crucial in creating that initial spark of interest and trust.
• Answering Questions: Whether it’s product inquiries or company information, you’ll be ready to confidently answer all customer questions, providing clarity and building a solid rapport.
• Understanding Customer Needs: Asking the right questions is critical. You’ll delve into customer requirements, helping them see how our solutions align with their needs and ultimately leading to successful sales.
• Coordinating with the Sales Team: You won’t be working alone. When needed, you’ll direct prospects to our field sales team to ensure they get the support they need.
• Maintaining Accurate Records: It is critical to keep track of customer information. You’ll enter and update information in our database, maintaining detailed call and sales records for future reference.
• Going the Extra Mile: Meeting sales quotas and contributing to the company’s growth is part of the job. You’ll be encouraged to push yourself, exceed expectations, and always aim to make a positive impact.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree: A solid academic foundation gives you the knowledge to succeed.

• Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in English is essential, but a command of local languages such as Luganda is a plus, allowing you to connect with a broader customer base.
