Job Summary: Responsible for provisioning of new Corporate Postpaid and Prepaid customers, and handle their requests onto the Network within agreed response time in order to achieve Customer satisfaction
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Activation of Subscriber Numbers Both Postpaid and Prepaid
- Activate subscriber numbers in accordance with Company policy and Revenue Assurance guidelines.
- Prepare files for batch loading and activation whenever required.
- Continuously check transactions done and reconcile with the billing system and HLR to ensure accuracy and consistency to avoid revenue leakage.
Process – Compliance to internal audit policies
- Timely provisioning of services within TAT
- Closure of internal & process audit observations
- UAT process re-engineering.
- Escalate customer queries that cannot be solved on 1st contact to the appropriate department in accordance with the escalation process.
Customer Satisfaction Score
- Ensure 100% of all postpaid/Prepaid provisioning within SLA
- Provisioning & Billing complaints handled within SLA
- Handle and resolve escalated queries on provisioning process from internal and external customers within SLA.
- Real time response to customer/CAMs after provisioning services, the Customer on the progress and solution.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Educational Level
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in any business field or equivalent training in business or customer service management
Working Experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in Telecom Company and exposure to different CRM and Provisioning systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and computer skills with a bias on speed and accuracy (Excel, Access and word)
- Ability to use excel.
