Job Title:    Sales Executive – Ironmongery and Door Hardware

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for the assigned product lines.
• Identity potential customers and generate leads through visits. calls. networking. and industry events.
• Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities for growth and stay updated on competitor activities.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, market trends, and competition.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales with customers, ensuring profitability
• Close sales deals and achieve the set revenue targets consistently.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on customer needs.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, Building Products, or related industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
