About Organisation:
Uganda Post Limited, trading as Posta Uganda. UPL is the most extensive provider of postal services in Uganda, having an extensive network of postal delivery outlets down to sub-county level.
Job Summary: Contribute towards a positive customer experience and support operational efficiency by clearing, clerical and administrative tasks.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Supporting Mail Handlers in the preparation and sorting of mail for delivery.
Perform clerical and administrative duties such as filing of office documents, data entry and managing records.
Maintaining a clean and organized office environment that is tidy and welcoming.
Helping customers by ensuring that their packages are securely wrapped.
Assisting customers with inquiries, helping them fill out forms, and providing information about postal services and products.
Organizing incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring it is correctly sorted and routed to the appropriate destinations.
Perform routine cleaning tasks to keep the office environment clean and organized.
Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of O-Level (Ordinary Level) certificate or equivalent.
A valid riding permit with class A is an added advantage
Working Experience
One year working experience in a similar job with a reputable organization. Competences

Time management
Ability to work well with other members of the team
