Job Summary:   We are hiring 4 Program Officers

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee organization malaria or Immunization mobilisation of activities in the Districts assigned

Analysis on the needs, gaps, and opportunities in the program areas

Monitoring and reporting on the progress, outcomes, and challenges of the program, as well as evaluating its effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability.

Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders such as, District, DHT, implementing partners, staff, consultants, and community members.

Provides technical assistance, guidance, and feedback to program staff and partners while identifying and sharing best practices, lessons learned, and recommendations for improvement.

Assist in developing and monitoring annual work plans and budgets, as well as associated deliverables and results/outputs.

Prepare, coordinate, reviews, edit, and disseminate project-related reports and documents

Create strong and meaningful relationships with district structures Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in social worker and social administration, social sciences, development studies or related field with a minimum of 3 years of program management experience.

Post graduate training in project planning and management is an added advantage.

Experience in working with donor funded projects is highly desirable.

Comfortable with working in teams as well as acting independently in the implementation of specific tasks, multitasking and prioritizing, working under pressure and meeting deadlines

Ability to work and communicate with a diverse group of people of various nationalities and cultural backgrounds Strong oral and written communication skills.

Fluency in the local language in the program locations is desirable.
