Job Title:  Fiber Optic Field Supervisor (2 Jobs)

Duty Station:  Kampala, Uganda

About the Company:

CAMUSAT is one of the market leaders in the implementation of telecom infrastructures and one of the most experienced network developers with a history which starts back in the late 40’s.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

The Field Supervisor will oversee field operations, ensuring that fiber installations are carried out safely and efficiently.

Supervise field teams during fibre installations and maintenance,

Ensure compliance with project timelines and health and safety standards,

Report progress and issues to the Project Manager.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Required Skills & Knowledge: Strong knowledge of safety procedures and project management tools.

Qualifications:

Degree in Telecommunications or related field,

Minimum 3 years of experience in field supervision, preferably in fiber networks.

Additional Qualifications

Any additional relevant qualification for this position would be considered as a plus.
