Job Title:  Client Relations Manager

Job Summary:   We seek an experienced Client Relations Manager to foster strong client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Understand client needs, goals, and challenges
• Develop and implement client retention strategies

Business Development

• Identify business opportunities and propose solutions
• Lead all Client acquisition efforts
• Meet Revenue growth targets

Project Management

• Oversee client projects from initiation to completion
• Ensure timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence

Communication and Reporting

• Develop and present client reports and proposals
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and training sessions
• Ensure effective communication across teams

Client Feedback and Insights

• Analyze client feedback and satisfaction surveys
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes
• Provide insights to inform agency strategy and growth

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in client relations or account management
• Proven track record of building strong client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of marketing and communication principles
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in social behavioral communication
• Knowledge of project management tools and software
• Certification in marketing or client relationship management or business development
