Job Summary:  The Quantity Surveyor will manage
subcontractors’ bills and produce certs for approval by Employer’s
Representative and invoicing the Clients; Make market enquiries and comparative
maps; In articulation with the Production and Commercial areas, ensure that the
quantities and natu re of all works are executed within the scope of the
contract and deal with any variations that may occur, namely at the execution
stage; Cooperate in the execution and monthly follow-up of the economic control
in the different areas of costs and revenues.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

• The ideal candidate must have completed 12th grade or Quantity
  Surveyor Vocational Course with pedagogical training course;
• At least five years of professional experience in Construction;
• Solid Knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD;
• Fluency in English;
• Analysis and Problem Solving;
• Determination and Team Work;
• Rigor and Reliability;
• Mobility availability.
