Job Title:  Maintenance Manager   

Organisation: Xclusive Uganda

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda

About the Company

Xclusive Uganda is a group of Horticulture companies consists of 3 companies: Xclusive Young Plants, Xclusive Kalanchoe and Xclusive Chrysanthemum. Our total production area is about 11 hectares, and we work together with 550 colleagues.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate quick responses to failure of machineries.
• Plan and organize the department in an efficient and effective way.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Work closely with other departments to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.
• Coaching, evaluating, and developing technical team.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with honours of Mechanical, Civil, Environmental or Electrical Engineering field.
• Experience of 5 years and above in Technical field in a busy setup environment.
• Have strong communication, managing and leadership skills.
• Controlling progress, assertiveness and paying attention to details.
• Computer Literate, and can read blueprints, technical diagrams and proficient in using Microsoft programs.
