Job Title: Market Research Analyst (Chinese Speaker)

Duty Station: Luwero, Uganda

Job Summary: Are you analytical, research-oriented, and fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English? We are looking for a highly motivated Market Research Analyst (Chinese Speaker) to join our team in Bombo, Luwero District.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and gather relevant market intelligence.
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, competitors, and industry developments.
• Conduct research and communicate with Chinese-speaking clients, suppliers, or business partners.
• Translate and interpret relevant Chinese market information where necessary.
• Prepate research reports, presentations, and business insights.
• Identify new market opportunities and provide recommendations to management.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, International Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in market research, business analysis, or a related role is an advantage.
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

ADDED ADVANTAGE

• Experience working with Chinese companies, Chinese-speaking clients, international trade, import/export, or the East African market will be an added advantage.
