Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• MBChB or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution
• Fully registered and licensed to practice in Uganda
• E Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience, with proven leadership/supervisory experience
• L Strong experience in hospital operations, clinical governance & medical supervision
• Proven ability in quality assurance, patient safety & clinical standards
• Ability to lead, supervise and evaluate doctors and clinical teams
• Strong skills in clinical audits, patient-file reviews & implementation of medical protocols
• Excellent leadership, integrity, accountability & communication skills
• Strong commitment to high-quality, ethical and patient-centred healthcare
