Job Summary: Our client, a Preschool in Kampala, is looking for an experienced and innovative Assistant Principal to lead and support curriculum development across the Preschool and Playgroup departments.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective EYFS curricula.
• Strong understanding of child-centered and play-based learning approaches.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Experience in implementing inclusive academic strategies
• Minimum of 5 years teaching experience in an international curriculum and at least 2 years in a leadership role.
