Job Summary: To support day-to-day financial and accounting operations of the entity, ensuring accurate handling of petty cash, proper documentation, timely data entry in the system, and strong controls over stock, fuel and consumables.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Petty Cash Handling and Management.
- Documentation and Filing.
- Data Entry in the system.
- Support in monthly Stock Taking.
- Support in Fuel Supervision.
- Support in supplier reconciliation.
- And participate in any other duties assigned by the Supervisor and Finance Manager.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar accounting and/ or Accounts Assistant Role.
- Progression in a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA or CPA is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and inventory management practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Weekly and monthly Cash reconciliation statements ii. Weekly and monthly supplier reconciliation ili. Monthly stock-take reports
