Job Summary: As part of the Sales team you will be directly responsible for partnering with both smaller local stores and bigger brands to display them on our Glovo platform. You will work with the support of other sales executives and be part of a local cross-functional team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the whole sales process of visibility assets with current partners to find and negotiate the best products adapted to their needs and according to their cities.
- Meet monthly and quarterly objectives defined by the company
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead qualification, pitching, negotiation, deal submission, onboarding, and early partner performance
- Actively manage and prioritise your sales pipeline to ensure high-quality deal submissions and reliable forecasting
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (Content, Operations, Finance) to unblock onboarding and activation issues
- Monitor early partner activity/performance and take ownership where partners metrics are underperforming shortly after launch
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related commercial role (internships included)
- Strong drive, resilience, and a proactive “make it happen” attitude
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability in previous roles or experiences
- Solid analytical skills (ability to work with numbers, interpret data, and make decisions)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn quickly
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
