Job Summary: Vashi Impact Group (VIG) is looking for a highly organised, resourceful and commercially minded Project Coordinator to support the effective delivery of research, evaluation and consultancy projects in Uganda.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public Administration or a related discipline
• At least 3 years’ relevant professional experience in project coordination, research, consulting or development programmes
• Experience coordinating researchers, consultants, enumerators or field teams
• Experience working with government agencies and institutional stakeholders
• Strong project administration, logistics and organisational skills
• Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong negotiation, communication, follow-up and problem-solving skills
