Job Summary: Exquisite Solution Limited is hiring an experienced Marketing & PR Executive for our client in the telecommunications sector. The position is for providing effective internal and external public relations and marketing communication across various channels.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the marketing strategy and annual budget aligned with business objectives.
- Control marketing expenditure to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to approved budgets.
- Drive incremental revenue through targeted marketing initiatives that generate leads, customers, and sales.
- Execute annual marketing plans and campaigns to support product growth, market expansion, and profitability.
- Manage brand positioning and consistency across all internal and external communication channels.
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns covering brand messaging, promotions, digital, and other relevant channels.
- Manage public relations and corporate communications to strengthen brand reputation and market visibility.
- Develop marketing materials and communication assets including adverts, emailers, flyers, billboards, radio scripts, articles, and newsletters.
- Support business units with marketing programs and resources to effectively promote products, services, and commercial activities.
- Measure marketing performance and ROI, track results against objectives and budgets, and implement corrective actions where required.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years’ of relevant experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or advertising.
- Proven experience managing digital marketing platforms, campaigns, and analytics tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to develop professional marketing content.
- Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing, PR, and communications campaigns.
- Proven experience managing marketing budgets, including planning, cost control, and performance monitoring.
