Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years experience as an architectural draftsman.
• Core Skills: Articulate communication skills, Architectural drawings and documentation.
• Software Proficiency: TwinMotion, ArchiCAD.
• Technical Abilities: Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods.
• Key Competencies: Attention to detail, creativity, problem solving, teamwork, and time management.
• Other: Ability to work under minimum supervision.
