Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – Corporate & Institutional Sales

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Sales Manager – Corporate & Institutional Sales to drive business growth across corporate, government, NGO, education, hospitality, and industrial sectors.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve an annual sales revenue target of UGX 30 Billion.
- Develop and execute Corporate & Institutional Sales strategies.
- Acquire and manage key corporate and institutional accounts.
- Identify and pursue tender, contract, and project-based sales opportunities.
- Lead commercial negotiations and drive long-term customer relationships.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, customer retention, and revenue growth.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in corporate product sales.
- Experience managing business portfolios exceeding UGX 20 Billion annually.
- Strong knowledge of tendering, procurement processes, contract sales, and key account management.
- Excellent negotiation, commercial, and relationship management skills.
Preferred Industry Experience
- Textiles and Garments, Uniform Supply, industrial Products, Promotional Products and FMCG (B2B Sales)
- Candidates from banking, telecommunications, insurance, or service-only sales environments will not be considered.
