Job Title: Language Instructor – Luganda and English (Consultant)

Xclusive Uganda is a group of Horticulture companies consists of 3 companies: Xclusive Young Plants, Xclusive Kalanchoe and Xclusive Chrysanthemum. Our total production area is about 11 hectares, and we work together with 550 colleagues.
Job Summary: To deliver practical, learner-centered Luganda and English language training programs that enhance participants’ communication, comprehension, reading, writing, and conversational skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct Luganda and English language training sessions for learners with varying levels of proficiency.
- Develop lesson plans, schedules, training materials, and learning resources tailored to learners’ needs.
- Assess learners’ language abilities and monitor their progress throughout the training program.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and cultural backgrounds.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Linguistics, Languages, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Experience for at least 4 years in instructing languages.
- Patience, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to develop learner-centered training programs.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Schedule for work: One (1) day per week for 8 working hours
