Job Summary: To provide high-quality, safe, efficient, and compassionate services within your assigned department while upholding the organization’s standards of professionalism, teamwork, integrity, and patient satisfaction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- We are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and professional individuals to join our growing team across clinical, administrative, and support departments.
- Depending on the role, successful candidates will be expected to:
- Perform duties in accordance with their professional qualifications, scope of practice, and organizational policies.
- Deliver high-quality services that prioritize patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction.
- Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and respect when interacting with patients, families, colleagues, and visitors.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by regulatory and organizational standards.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and efficient service delivery.
- Adhere to infection prevention and control measures, health and safety regulations, and quality assurance standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect patient information at all times.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, staff meetings, and professional development activities.
- Ensure proper use and care of equipment, supplies, and organizational resources.
- Support the organization’s mission of delivering “Healthcare with Hospitality” through exceptional customer service.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Relevant academic qualification, diploma, degree, or professional certification for the respective position.
- Valid professional registration and practicing license where applicable.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
