Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Export Declarant to manage and process export documentation in compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate declaration of export shipments while coordinating with internal teams, customs authorities, and logistics partners.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and submit export declarations in accordance with local and international customs regulations
- Ensure accuracy of export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and transport documents
- Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to resolve clearance issues
- Monitor export shipments to ensure compliance and timely dispatch
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of export control laws, customs procedures, and trade compliance requirements
- Keep accurate records of all export transactions for audit and reporting purposes
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or delays related to export declarations

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export declaration or customs-related roles
- Strong knowledge of export procedures, customs regulations, and international trade compliance
- Experience working with customs declaration systems and logistics software
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
