Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Receive and assist clients and visitors professionally
- Prepare letters, reports, quotations, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain filing systems and company records.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and staff schedules
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Support HR with attendance records, leave tracking, and staff documentation.
- Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Coordinate communication between departments.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).Good record-keeping and filing abilities.
Soft Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Education & Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resource Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years
Additional Details
- At least 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Experience working in a construction or engineering company is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with document management and office procedures.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
