Job Summary: We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Social Worker to lead community economic empowerment initiatives, support vulnerable children and families, facilitate business and financial literacy training, manage livelihood programs, and champion safeguarding practices in Namuwongo, Kampala.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Business, Development Studies, Microfinance, or a related field
- 3 years’ experience in community development, livelihoods, or micro-credit programs
- Strong English and Luganda communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools
