About Organisation:
Simbaland Industries (U) Limited is a Ugandan based manufacturing company registered and incorporated in 2016. Its manufacturing plant is in Mukono Seeta and main offices at Ham Shopping Grounds, Nakivubo road, block D, room D157.
Job Summary: To safeguard company assets, premises, and personnel by managing and overseeing all security operations. This role is responsible for preventing theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access, while ensuring a safe and secure environment for all stakeholders.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Theft & Loss Prevention
- Supervisor external security guards
- Emergency Response & Safety
- Incident Reporting & Documentation
- Access Control & Perimeter Security
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of UCE certificate
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong observation and surveillance skills.
- Knowledge of safety procedures, emergency response, and incident reporting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic computer skills for operating security systems and preparing reports, where required.
