Job Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery of agreed objectives, deliverables, and outcomes. The role serves as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and is accountable for maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
- Prepare and submit project reports, presentations, and status updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, management, and project team members regarding project progress, risks, and challenges.
- Track project milestones and ensure timely escalation of issues that may affect project delivery.
- Facilitate project meetings and document decisions, actions, and follow-up activities.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure all project requirements are clearly understood and addressed.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct post-project reviews and provide feedback, lessons learned, and recommendations for future engagements.
- Perform any other role as shall be advised my Management
- Timely submission of project reports and presentations.
- Adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
- Effective stakeholder communication and engagement.
- Quality and completeness of project documentation.
- Successful delivery of project objectives and outcomes.
- Timely identification and management of project risks and issues.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field
- A diploma in project management
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
- Strong project planning, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
