Job Summary: Execute field marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and market penetration. Manage activations, roadshows, events, branch visits, and agent recruitment. Drive customer engagement and enhance brand visibility. Expand market reach and territory coverage. Lead and support field teams and agents. Monitor sales, acquisition, recruitment, and campaign performance. Manage field marketing resources and promotional materials. Collect market intelligence and customer feedback.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute field marketing strategies to drive
- customer acquisition and market penetration.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field
- Professional training in Marketing Research, Strategic Planning, Product Development, actuarial practice, Product risk analysis and stress testing or any relevant field is an added advantage.
- Member of professional Marketing bodies like UMS, CIM etc
- 5 years working experience in a similar role
