Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Operations Officer to oversee the day-to-day operations of Metra Innovations and support the efficient management of Ariela Deliveries. The successful candidate will coordinate business operations, logistics, project implementation, customer service, and administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily operations of Metra Innovations and its business ventures.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Ariela Deliveries, including order management, dispatch coordination, customer support, and rider performance.
- Coordinate procurement, logistics, inventory, and supplier relationships.
- Monitor operational performance and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance updates.
- Coordinate project implementation and stakeholder engagements.
- Support proposal development, business growth, and partnership management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Experience in Business Administration, Customer Relations, Project Management, Procurement and Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, project coordination, or programme support.
- Experience working with renewable energy, innovation, infrastructure, development projects, or the private sector is an added advantage.

- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent report writing and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
