The entire facility is designed to meet the CGMP requirements.
Job Summary: Ensure all breakdown and preventive maintenance of plant machinery is done efficiently to maintain required standards and equipment quality.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs.
- Optimizing mechanical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings.
- Resolve motor, pump, conveyor, pneumatic, hydraulic and transmission problems.
- Ensure working with team and independently.
- Comply with company safety guidelines and procedure.
- Repair and perform preventive maintenance as per established standards.
- Handle personal tools as per tool list.
- Time accounting to complete work order,
- Works all shifts flexibly when job demand.
- To ensure proper understanding, reading and interpretation of the mechanical drawings.
- To always maintain the logbooks for servicing equipments.
- Maintain and repair of all plant machines and utility.
- Technical and maintenance role
- To follow P.M.S plan for all machines
- To maintain all plant machines so as to reduce frequent breakdown and cost of repair.
- To check on oil and lubrication system for all machines and utilities.
- To check and control all leakages for steam, water and compressed air in the plant.
Any Other Duties
- To perform mechanical setting.
- To perform alignment for the transmission system.
- To perform minor electrical work.
- To replace spare parts and maintain its report.
- To use the maintenance module in ERP.
- To close utilities supply to the equipment, incase emergency.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Certificate or diploma in mechanical engineering
- 2 years experience working in relevant / similar company
- Ability to work with senior people
- Excellent report writing skills
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic safety training
- Basic GMP practices
- Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
- Level of Education: associate degree
