Job Summary: Our client s looking for Lubricants Market Developers, they will be the face of Castrol in the market. Their core mission is to drive visibility, adoption, and retention. Fresh graduates and diploma holders with a hunger for sales are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- As a Lubricants Market Developers, they will be the face of Castrol in the market. Their core mission is to drive visibility, adoption, and retention.
Market Coverage & Customer Management:
- Manage a territory of over 100 outlets (shops, garages, hardware stores, fuel stations).
- Onboard, convert, and retain customers.
- Achieving a target of 20 new clients per month.
Visibility & Stocking
- Ensure Castrol visibility across all assigned outlets.
- Advocate that at least 1 in every 3 shops stocks Castrol products on their shelves.
- Convert independent fuel stations to stock Castrol on their forecourts.
Training & Activation:
- Train clients and mechanics in proper use of automotive lubricants.
- Carry out brand activations and promotions in your assigned market.
Intelligence & Reporting:
- Collect competitor intelligence (pricing, new products, promotions).
- Share weekly updates on market trends, challenges, and achievement
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- UACE (A-Level), Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Must be willing to work in the field.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to the assigned region.
