Job Summary: Paint & Sip Uganda is hiring a General Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, driving business performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all Paint & Sip Uganda activities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Manage staff performance, scheduling, and team development.
- Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor operational efficiency and maintain high service standards.
- Oversee budgeting, revenue performance, and cost control.
- Support marketing, partnerships, and business development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven work environment.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of management experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage operations, staff, and customer experience.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Creative or artistic background is an added advantage.
