Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Field Sales Executives and Promoters to join our dynamic team at Lycamobile. In this role, you will be instrumental in promoting our products and services, expanding our customer base, and enhancing brand awareness within your assigned territory.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales Promotion: Actively engage with potential customers to promote Lycamobile’s mobile services, including SIM cards, data plans, and international calling packages.
  • Market Research: Identify and analyze new sales opportunities, customer needs, and market trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Event Participation: Represent Lycamobile at promotional events, fairs, and community gatherings to boost brand visibility.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of choosing Lycamobile.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:




  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the telecommunications sector or related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to drive sales performance.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
