BRAC Uganda Bank Ltd launched on 25 April 2019 and attained its current status as a Tier II Credit institution following a successful background as the leading Microfinances services provider in Uganda. The bank operates 32 regulated branches and 159 satellite offices covering 84 districts in Uganda targeting Micro, Small. and Medium Entrepreneurs. BRAC Uganda Bank Ltd promotes financial inclusion by extending financial services to unserved and underserved populations especially women and youth as well as people living in poverty in rural areas. Job Summary: To mobilize customer deposits, scaling up of mobile and SMS banking while maintaining proactive customer advisory relationship management that includes effective selling/ cross selling and structuring of solutions for potential and existing customers in line with the set targets and strategic objectives of the bank.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive the acquisition of customers, mobilize deposits as per set targets and drive the scale up of mobile banking.
Educate customers on product benefits and usage.
Relationship Management to enhance customer retention and ensure that BRAC Uganda Bank becomes their bank of choice
Identify and exploit cross-selling opportunities that embed the bank and its products with customer needs.
Directly involved in Sales mobilization drives organized by the branch or head office.
Provide daily sales activity plans and reports on on boarding and digital channel recruitment to the Branch Manager and Manager Savings Mobilization.
Ensure that all dealings with existing and potential customers are in compliance with KYC and AML requirements.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Diploma/Bachelor in any field
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
Business acquisition
Basic knowledge of Digital Banking.
Territory Management Skills
Have good customer care/service skills
Lead generation
Should be responsible for Accounts management
Have customer retention skills and abilities
Negotiation skills are vital assets to the jobholder.
Product Knowledge
Sales forecasting.
