Ntale Skin Care is the leading manufacturer of skin care products in Uganda.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Stores Manager to oversee the daily operations of our stores department. The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory control, stock management, record keeping, and ensuring efficient storage and distribution of materials.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage receiving, storage, and issuing of goods and materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Ensure proper storage procedures and safety standards.
- Supervise store staff and allocate duties effectively.
- Coordinate with procurement and other departments.
- Minimize stock losses, damages, and discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly inventory and consumption reports.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Procurement, Logistics, Stores Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in stores or inventory management.
- Good knowledge of inventory systems and record keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory software.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Added Advantages
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments.
- Knowledge of stock control procedures and procurement processes.
