Job Summary: To manage and grow the company’s social media platforms through consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned content. To also support marketing campaigns and customer engagement through digital channels.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consistency and timeliness of social media postings.
- Growth in followers and audience engagement.
- Quality and creativity of content produced.
- Accuracy and timeliness of performance reports.
- Brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Effectiveness of social media campaigns and promotions.
- Responsiveness to customer inquiries and engagement levels.
- Contribution to overall marketing objectives.
- Collaboration with internal teams and departments.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- Additional training in digital marketing, social media management, or graphic design is an added advantage.
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Experience in content creation, online engagement, and brand promotion is preferred.
- Ability to manage and grow social media platforms.
- Basic graphic design and content creation capabilities.
- Ability to analyze social media performance and engagement metrics.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Clear, professional, and responsive communication.
- Ability to engage with customers and respond to inquiries effectively.
