Nyakayojo People’s SACCO Limited is a member-owned financial institution headquartered in Mbarara, Western Uganda. Founded in 2002, it serves over 16,000 members across the districts of Mbarara, Rwampara, Isingiro, Ntungamo, and Sheema. The SACCO recently rebranded with a new corporate logo in March 2026 to signal growth and innovation.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution. CPA is an added advantage.
- Age: 30-40 years
- Experience: Must have a working experience of 3-5 years.
- Experience with microfinance institutions or SACCOs is an added advantage.
Additional Expectations
- Possession of relevant computer skills is a must.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and accounting standards.
- High ethical standards and independence.
- Ability to use audit tools and data.
- Strong industry and analytical thinking.
