Sandi AI uses AI-powered and community-based financing models to help underserved rural communities access clean energy and water technologies without collateral, upfront payments, or traditional credit systems.
Job Summary: Sandi AI Technologies is looking for a passionate, results-driven, and energetic individual to join our growing team as a Sales & Marketing Officer.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive customer acquisition and sales growth
- Mobilise and onboard savings groups, SACCOs, and community partners
- Conduct field outreach and product demonstrations
- Build partnerships with NGOs, cooperatives, and financial institutions
- Develop and implement sales and market expansion strategies
- Track sales performance, leads, and customer engagement
- Support community awareness and business growth activities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years experience in sales, marketing, field mobilisation, or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working with rural communities, SACCOs, or VSLAs is an added advantage
- Self-motivated with ability to meet targets
- Willingness to travel and conduct field activities
- Passion for clean energy, innovation, and social impact
