Job Summary: Vision Group, a leading multimedia company committed to informing, educating, and entertaining audiences through innovative and impactful media solutions, is seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to work in the central, Northern Eastern and Western Regions.
As an organization driven by excellence, integrity, and market leadership, our mission is to deliver value to our audiences and advertising partners across multiple platforms. We are looking for high-performing professionals with proven experience in selling:
- Radio Advertising
- Television Advertising
- Print Media
- Out-of-Home (OOH) Advertising
- Digital Advertising Solutions
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and grow existing accounts
- Develop and present integrated media solutions to clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify new market opportunities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Advertising, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field .
- Minimum of 2-5 years’ proven experience in media sales (Radio, TV, Print, Out-of-Home and Digital
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in your previous work station.
- Strong understanding of advertising principles and integrated media solutions
- Established client network will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client
- Relationship management.
- Language proficiency from that region will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in media sales (Radio, TV, Print, OOH, Digital)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets monthly.
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Excellent presentation skills
